1. Digital Products, Course Access & Account Sharing When you purchase a digital course (e.g., "The Creator Blueprint" or "Personal Branding"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account is restricted to a single-device login system.
• You may not share your login credentials, download, record, redistribute, or resell any course materials or videos.
• If our security systems detect your account being accessed from multiple devices simultaneously, or if your login credentials are shared with unauthorized individuals, NKD Studios reserves the right to instantly and permanently revoke your access without a refund.

2. Anti-Piracy & Copyright Infringement All content on this website, including choreography, videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Nidhi Kumar and is protected by international copyright laws.

• Dynamic Watermarking: Our video player utilizes advanced dynamic watermarking. Your registered Name and Email Address are actively stamped onto your video stream.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: If any course material is found leaked, distributed, or uploaded elsewhere bearing your watermark, you will face an immediate lifetime ban. We reserve the right to pursue full legal action and seek damages for copyright infringement.

3. Event Bookings and Workshops Tickets purchased for in-person dance tours, masterclasses, or workshops are valid only for the specific date and time selected. Early Bird pricing is subject to capacity and strict deadlines. Once the deadline passes or capacity is reached, standard pricing applies.

4. Limitation of Liability Nidhi Kumar is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the website, courses, or physical participation in our dance workshops. You participate in physical dance events at your own risk.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the UAE.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and events, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

1. Digital Products and Courses Because digital products (like "The Creator Blueprint") provide immediate access to downloadable knowledge and video content, all sales of digital courses are final and non-refundable. Once you log in or access the course dashboard, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. Additionally, NKD Studios maintains a strict No Refund policy for any account that has been suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Anti-Piracy and Account Sharing Terms.

2. In-Person Events, Tours, and Masterclasses

• Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel your ticket for an upcoming workshop or masterclass, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the event start time to receive a credit for a future class. No refunds will be issued to original payment methods. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in a total forfeit of the ticket.
• Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that Nidhi Kumar must cancel or reschedule a tour or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or a ticket transfer to the rescheduled date.

3. Early Bird and Bundles Early Bird tickets and bundled slot purchases are strictly non-refundable and cannot be downgraded once purchased.
