Once you log in or access the course dashboard, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. Additionally, we maintain a strict No Refund policy for any account that has been suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Anti-Piracy and Account Sharing Terms.

2. In-Person Events, Tours, and Masterclasses

Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel your ticket for an upcoming workshop or masterclass, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the event start time to receive a credit for a future class. No refunds will be issued to original payment methods. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in a total forfeit of the ticket.
Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that Nidhi Kumar must cancel or reschedule a tour or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or a ticket transfer to the rescheduled date.

3. Early Bird and Bundles Early Bird tickets and bundled slot purchases are strictly non-refundable and cannot be downgraded once purchased.

Early Bird pricing is subject to capacity and strict deadlines. Once the deadline passes or capacity is reached, standard pricing applies.

4. Limitation of Liability Nidhi Kumar is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the website, courses, or physical participation in our dance workshops. You participate in physical dance events at your own risk.
